Please do not stop or park on any of the airports roads which are marked with yellow lines or within the bus stop area. You may be liable for a fine. Please utilise the free 15 minute drop off and collection area which is situated in car park 1, which also has specially designed walkways for passengers with reduced mobility. Blue Badge holders may also park in this area and contact information desk for assistance with wheel chairs etc.

Frequently asked questions for pre-booking of Humberside Airport car parking.

I have a blue disabled parking permit, where should I park?
Please go to Car Park 1. At the car park barrier please take a ticket and then park in one of the designated spaces. On entering the Terminal building prior to check-in, please take your ticket and blue badge to the information desk to be registered.

If you have pre-booked on your return from your trip, please take your ticket to the information desk and quote your booking reference number. The information desk staff will validate your ticket for exit.

If you haven’t pre-booked, please follow the instructions above and on your return you will be charged the appropriate rate for your stay. For example, if you park for 7 days you will be charged at the long stay rate and not the short stay rate.

Can I park for less than the minimum stay?
Yes. Although there is no restriction on length of stay, a minimum 2 day charge will apply to all pre-bookings.

How are parking charges calculated on this website?
Parking is charged per day or part thereof. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at 20%.

How do I amend my car park booking?
You may amend your booking up to 24 hours before your car parking commences online. Please note if you booked during a sale or at a lower price and that rate is no longer available, the current rate will apply. Where specified in the product details some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

How do I cancel my car park booking?
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your car parking commences online. You will receive a full refund provided your cancellation is received at least 24 hours before your car parking commences. Where specified in the product details some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

How do I know my payment details are secure?
To protect your privacy and security, our website uses SSL encryption software, which is the industry standard. It encrypts your personal information so that it cannot be read.

My vehicle details have changed. What do I do?
You can update your vehicle details free of charge up to 24 hours before your parking commences online.

Parking - What should I do when I get to the airport?
Proceed to the car park as indicated on your confirmation, and take a ticket at the barrier. When you return from your trip, please take your ticket to the information desk in the terminal building and quote your booking reference number. Staff at the information desk will validate your ticket for exit. If you pre-booked your parking, please do not insert your credit or debit card into the barrier.

What payment methods are accepted for pre-booking?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, JCB, Electron and Solo for pre-booking. We are unable to accept any other form of payment via this website.

Please note American Express is not an accepted method of payment.

Which carpark do I park in if I pre-book?

All customers who pre-book car parking must park in Long Stay (Car Parks, 2, 3, or 4).


Please note if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged a £1.99 credit card fee. We do not charge a fee for debit cards.
