Can I park for less than the minimum stay?

Yes. Although there is no restriction on length of stay, a minimum 2 day charge will apply to all bookings.

How are parking charges calculated on this website?

Parking is charged per day or part thereof. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at 17.5%.

How do I amend my car park booking?

You may amend your booking up to 24 hours before your car parking commences, by calling 0871 310 4111*. Alternatively you can do it online;. 

Please note if you booked during a sale or at a lower price and that rate is no longer available, the current rate will apply.

Supersaver bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

How do I cancel my car park booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your car parking commences. To cancel your booking, please call 0871 310 4111*, or you can do it online. You will receive a full refund provided your cancellation is received at least 24 hours before your car parking commences.

How do I know my payment details are secure?

To protect your privacy and security, our website uses SSL encryption software, which is the industry standard. It encrypts your personal information so that it cannot be read.

You will know you are in the secure area of our site when the website address is preceded by “https://” and a padlock symbol appears in the frame of your browser.

I have a blue disabled parking permit, where should I park?

Please go to Car Park 1. At the car park barrier please take a ticket and then park in one of the designated spaces. On entering the Terminal building prior to check-in, please take your ticket and blue badge to the information desk to be registered.

If you have pre-booked on your return from your trip, please take your ticket to the information desk and quote your booking reference number. The information desk staff will validate your ticket for exit.

If you haven’t pre-booked, please follow the instructions above and on your return you will be charged the appropriate rate for your stay. For example, if you park for 7 days you will be charged at the long stay rate and not the short stay rate.

I have a car parking question. Who do I contact?

My vehicle details have changed. What do I do?

You can update your vehicle details free of charge up to 24 hours before your parking commences, by calling 0871 310 4111*, or
you can do it online.

Parking - What should I do when I get to the airport?

Proceed to the car park as indicated on your confirmation, and take a ticket at the barrier. When you return from your trip, please take your ticket to the information desk in the terminal building and quote your booking reference number. Staff at the information desk will validate your ticket for exit. If you pre-booked your parking, please do not insert your credit or debit card into the barrier.

What payment methods are accepted for pre-booking?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Electron and Solo for pre-booking. We are unable to accept any other form of payment via this website. 

Please note if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged a £1.99 credit card fee. We do not charge a fee for debit cards.
